The first thing we saw when we walked in the room were big stains on the rug, which was disturbing! We wanted to change rooms but there were none available that same night we arrived. However, the next day we spoke to the manager and was offered another room but it was on an upper floor (our current room was conveniently located on the first floor and accessible to the parking lot) so we decided to just deal with it. I just feel the rooms should be checked thoroughly for cleanliness and such damages to each rooms before renting them out.

The woman working at the front desk was a delight - personable and so helpful. I wish I could remember her name to thank her properly. The woman working in the kitchen was also kind. Even though most hotels serve the same waffle mix for breakfast, for some reason, I found the waffles here to be particularly tasty! The room was fine, nothing special, nothing memorable. I'm writing this a week after my stay, and I can barely remember it, for better or worse.

The staff was amazing! Every single person from the front desk, maintenance, cooks, every was amazing! I really couldn't ask for nicer people. I felt very welcomed, and they were even super nice to my very active children. Thank you all! I really appreciate how kind and helpful you all were!
